Your wedding at Castleton Estate is more than exclusive access to an estate — it is a fully hosted experience designed to allow you to be present, celebrated, and cared for from the moment you arrive.
Estate Exclusivity & Setting
  • Exclusive use of Castleton Estate’s 110-acre gated estate on your wedding day
  • Use of the property for engagement, boudoir, and bridal photography sessions, allowing your story to unfold naturally on the estate
The Hosted Rehearsal Experience with Welcome Gathering & Rehearsal Dinner Option
  • Parents and the wedding party are welcomed inside the manor with champagne punch for an intimate welcome gathering. This intentional gathering sets the tone for the weekend — allowing everyone to arrive, settle in, and connect before transitioning outdoors to walk through the ceremony together.
  • A guided ceremony rehearsal follows the gathering- allowing you to step into the weekend feeling calm, confident, and welcomed.
  • Valet parking is provided for this experience, the Castleton Team will also unload your vehicles for you
  • You will be guided throughout by your Dedicated Wedding Host to ensure a calm, confident start to the weekend

The Castleton Micro Celebration

A carefully curated wedding experience designed for celebrations of 50 guests or fewer. While smaller in scale, these weddings are often rich in detail — featuring layered design, thoughtful table settings, plated meals, and moments that feel deeply personal and beautifully composed. This experience is ideal for couples who value intention over scale and wish to celebrate on the estate in a way that feels refined, immersive, and fully hosted.

Will there be other events on the property the same day?

No. Castleton hosts only one wedding or event per day. Couples enjoy exclusive access to the entire 110-acre gated estate, allowing for complete privacy, uninterrupted flow, and full use of the property for celebrations and photography.

How many staff members will be on site?

Staffing is tailored to each wedding based on guest count and design complexity. Most weddings are supported by 8-12 Castleton team members, including parking attendants, guest greeters, golf cart drivers, multiple event coordinators, a lead designer, and a lead coordinator who remains with you throughout the day.

Is setup and cleanup included?

Yes. All setup, décor installation, breakdown, and teardown are fully handled by the Castleton team and included in your venue experience. We begin setting up days in advance to ensure every detail receives the care it deserves.

Do you flip ceremony and reception spaces?

No. We intentionally design weddings without space flips to maintain a calm, uninterrupted guest experience and allow décor and layouts to feel intentional from start to finish.

Are layouts and seating customizable?

Yes. All layouts are customized during planning to reflect your vision and guest experience. White and black garden chairs are included, with additional chair styles available for upgrade if desired.

Are there restrictions on décor?

Real candles are welcome and are lit by our team, provided they are enclosed in appropriate vessels. Hanging installations are commonly incorporated and handled by our team. The only décor item we do not allow is confetti.

What food and beverage is provided while getting ready?

We provide breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, as well as lunch for the groom and groomsmen. Menu options are provided, and our chef is happy to accommodate preferences when possible.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes. We work with a curated group of trusted professionals who know the estate well. Outside vendors may be considered on a case-by-case basis if licensed and insured and are subject to a vendor onboarding fee.

What happens in case of weather?

Castleton offers built-in Plan B options, covered spaces, and the ability to tent and heat outdoor areas if desired. The Carriage House is climate controlled; the Southern Pavilion is open-air with heater options available.

Can the reception be extended?

Yes. Couples may choose to extend the celebration by adding an additional hour to the reception timeline.

What is the rehearsal like?

Rehearsals typically last approximately 90 minutes and are guided by our coordination team. Many couples choose to remain on site afterward for an intimate estate dinner or welcome gathering. Overnight accommodations for the bride and bridesmaids are also available for Saturday weddings.

How does payment work?

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date. An additional 25% is due January 1 of your wedding year, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the wedding.

Will we be on property again before the wedding?

Yes. Couples return for their Planning Experience Day and for a final walkthrough approximately 30 days prior to the wedding.

How does parking work?

Our main lot accommodates approximately 125 guests, with an overflow lot available as needed. Guests are transported via golf cart. Valet service and motorcoach transportation from local hotels are also popular options.
