Your Castleton planning team guides the decisions and manages the moving pieces so the celebration can unfold with ease. On the wedding day, your Dedicated Wedding Host provides a calm, continuous presence while the team cares for the details behind the scenes.

CARE AT EVERY ARRIVAL - Hospitality From Rehearsal Through Reception
Castleton hospitality extends beyond the couple to the wedding party, family, and guests who have come to celebrate with you.
THE REHEARSAL EXPERIENCE
- A guided ceremony rehearsal led by the Castleton team, allowing everyone to step into the weekend feeling calm, confident, and welcomed
- Valet parking and assistance unloading vehicles are included for the rehearsal experience only; wedding-day valet may be added separately
WEDDING MORNING & GUEST EXPERIENCE
- A mimosa bar with fresh fruit and juice selections, lunch for the bridal party, and lunch for the groom and groomsmen
- Wedding-day parking attendants, guest greeters, and golf-cart transportation throughout the estate
- Guest arrivals, transitions, and behind-the-scenes logistics thoughtfully managed by the Castleton team
THE CELEBRATION - Ceremony & Reception
Your celebration spaces are prepared and managed by the Castleton team so you and your family can remain present for the moments that matter.
- White or black garden chairs for ceremony and reception for up to 125 guests, plus ceremony and reception tables
- Reception draping, dimmable chandeliers, and access to Castleton's curated in-house decor collection, including candelabras, chandeliers, mirrors, signage, and soft-seating furniture
- Complete setup, decorating, and tear-down by the Castleton team
Linens, china, flatware, glassware, and specialty rentals are selected separately according to guest count and design preferences. Culinary and beverage services are also customized separately and include a Signature Menu Planning Session with Executive Chef Allen.

Rehearsals for Sunday weddings are typically held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Catering, bar services, rentals, and optional estate enhancements are arranged separately.
